An in-house language trainer is probably the most comprehensive and effective CLT solution today. This is because:

	Training can be scheduled to fit in with your business. You regularly set aside time for training, but you can also reschedule at short notice without incurring cancellation fees.
	Consistency is a key to good training and in-house delivery helps with that. Because the trainer is seeing staff on a daily basis, training can be reinforced on the job with informal on-duty coaching.
	The trainer can evaluate in-house training using customer questionnaires and audits, adapting it as necessary with his inline managers. Content can be modified quickly so it's always in step with current business needs.
	Travelling and accommodation costs are reduced or even eliminated.

Your in-house CLT-instructor can be either an EEA trainer providing our CLT services to you during a fixed period of time or a new member of your staff employed by your company.

EEA in-house trainers will be supervised and visited on a regular basis by our chief instructor to monitor performance and ensure high training quality standards during the contractual period. They can work as fulltime or part-time instructors and enjoy full didactical and conceptual support from EEA.
